For a Wonderful Wedding Experience Chapel: A Chapel at Lake Tahoe is located just outside Tahoe City on the beautiful North Shore of Lake Tahoe. Reflecting the ambiance of the surrounding mountains, it is cozy and charming with an abundance of live greenery and soft colors. Capacity of the intimate chapel is two to twenty-five for your intimate customized ceremony.
Locations and Coordination: Off-site full-service wedding coordination is available or we can simply provide a minister for a wedding at a location of your choice. For summer weddings, we can arrange many outdoor locations for you, from panoramic lakeview sites to mountain meadows, lakeside to spectacular mountaintops. For your romantic winter wedding, you can be married on a sleigh or a private snow-cat or on cross-country or downhill skis. Additionally, we are able to arrange for all of your floral, photographic, video, special music, lodging referrals, limousine service and other wedding related items on a customized basis.
Marriage License: As a special service for our clients, your marriage license can be issued at the Chapel at Lake Tahoe on the day of your wedding. California does not require a blood test or waiting period. We take care of all paper work including notarization and filing with the Placer County Recorders' office.
